Denjz Ng, Instructor

Denjz's philosophy is shaped by yoga, a practice rooted in an inner journey, learning to understand the body from within rather than chasing shapes or perfection. With over twenty years on the mat, he embraces yoga as a practice of feeling deeply, observing with clarity, and returning to love and happiness.Pilates, in turn, refines his awareness of the body's inner mechanics, alignment, breath, and the quiet intelligence of muscular control. It has helped him understand anatomy not just as theory but as felt experience. To him, progress is never about right or wrong, but about moving with intention and curiosity. Drawing from yoga, acroyoga, Pilates, and fitness, Denjz blends strength with softness through foundations, alignment, and controlled movement. His performance background enriches his sense of expression and flow, inspiring grounded yet exploratory classes that build strength and guide students inward. His calm, attentive teaching supports students of all levels to move with focus and purpose. Lim Xiao Jing, Instructor

Xiao Jing discovered yoga more than a decade ago and has since grown to appreciate its deeper benefits, turning inward, cultivating inner growth, and finding strength beyond the physical poses. This mindful foundation naturally complements her Pilates journey.
What began as a casual interest in Pilates soon became a core part of her lifestyle. Trained in STOTT Pilates, Xiao Jing combines its principles with her background in calisthenics and yoga to enhance alignment, stability, and controlled movement. As a pharmacist with a passion for sports, her knowledge of anatomy and physiology enriches her teaching, reinforcing her belief in the universal value of mindful, intelligent training. Dedicated to guiding her students, Xiao Jing empowers them to build strength, resilience, and confidence through thoughtful, personalized instruction in both yoga and Pilates.
