Do I need to bring my own mat or equipment?
All essential yoga and Pilates equipment is provided at the studio.You are welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.
Is the studio suitable for beginners?
Yes. Many of our classes are beginner-friendly, with options and modifications offered.If you are new, feel free to speak to the instructor before class so we can best support your practice.
What should I wear to class?
Please wear comfortable, breathable attire that allows free movement.Grip socks are recommended but not mandated for mat Pilates classes.
What facilities are available at the studio?
Shower facilities are available for student use.Please bring your own bath towel and toiletries (shampoo and shower gel are provided) if you wish to shower after class.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayNow and NETS payments.All transactions are encrypted and processed securely for your safety and peace of mind.
How do I purchase a class as a gift?
You can purchase a gift card from Seek Space. Gift cards are available in various amounts, and you may choose the value you prefer. The recipient can then use the gift card to book any class of their choice.
