YOGA SLOW FLOW
Yoga Slow Flow begins with Sun Salutations. While initially instructor-led, practitioners are gradually given space to move at a pace guided by their own breath—unrushed.
The sequences that follow build on foundational poses, with intermediate options available. The slower pace allows students to connect breath with movement, creating a steady and unhurried practice.
Beginner-friendly yet ideal for those with some movement experience, the practice carries a quiet intensity that builds strength and stability with mindful awareness.
YOGA POWER FLOW
Yoga Power Flow is a fully guided, breath-synchronized practice that moves at an energized pace. Movement is continuous, with Sun Salutations and sequences led throughout to build heat, strength, and momentum.
The practice features intermediate postures and layered transitions, with shorter holds that encourage coordination, strength, and fluidity.
Best suited for practitioners with prior experience, Power Flow offers a purposeful intensity for those seeking challenge, stamina, and embodied movement.
