1. PurposeOur studio policies are designed to create a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment for all students, instructors, and staff. By participating in any class or service, clients agree to follow the guidelines below.
2. General Studio ConductPlease arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in, check in, and prepare for class.Silence or mute cell phones before entering the practice area.Respect other clients’ personal space, equipment, and practice.Maintain appropriate hygiene; bring clean clothing and personal towels if needed.
3. Class Registration & Attendance3.1 BookingAll classes must be booked in advance through our website, app, or front desk.Classes may be capped to ensure adequate space and safety.3.2 Cancellations & No-ShowsCancellations must be made at least 12 hours before class time.Late cancellations or no-shows may result in:Loss of that class credit (for packages)A late-cancel fee (for memberships)3.3 Arrival & Late EntryDoors close 5 minutes after class begins for safety and to maintain class flow.Please be punctual
4. Health & Safety4.1 Physical Readiness
Students must inform instructors of any injuries, health conditions, or pregnancy before class.
Participation is at your own risk; consult a healthcare provider if you are unsure about your readiness.
4.2 COVID-19 / Illness Protocols
Do not attend class if you are sick, experiencing symptoms, or recently exposed to contagious illness.
The studio may temporarily adjust class sizes, spacing, or masks based on public health guidance.
4.3 Equipment Use & Cleaning
Studio-provided mats, props, and equipment must be cleaned after use.
Clients are encouraged to bring their own mats and towels.
Equipment should be used only as instructed by staff.
4.4 Safety During Class
Follow instructor guidance at all times.
Avoid movements that cause pain or discomfort.
The instructor reserves the right to modify or restrict participation for safety reasons.
5. Memberships, Packages, & Payments5.1 Payments
All payments must be completed prior to class entry.

5.2 Refunds
Class packages and memberships are non-refundable unless required by law.
Transfers may be permitted at management’s discretion.
5.3 Membership Holds
Members may request to pause/hold a membership for:
Medical reasons
Travel
Personal emergencies

6. Privacy & Personal Belongings
Personal belongings should be stored in designated cubbies/lockers.
The studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Photography or video recording in the studio is prohibited without management approval.
7. Studio Etiquette
Speak quietly in practice spaces to maintain a calm atmosphere.
Clean your area and return props after use.
Be considerate and inclusive toward others.
Harassment, discrimination, or aggressive behavior is not tolerated.
8. Children & Guests
Only registered participants may enter the practice space.
Children under [age] may not attend adult classes unless specified as family-friendly sessions.
Guests must sign a waiver before observing or participating.
9. Waivers & Liability
All students must sign a liability waiver prior to their first class.
By participating, clients acknowledge that yoga and Pilates involve physical activity that carries inherent risks.
